I`m a girl from Norway who is trying to make this blog in english. I am learning a great deal of the english language in doing this so I hope that most of you can understand what I`m writing :) That it isn`t toooo bad!!

Mental Motivation.


Mental motivation: action and choice inspired by vision, feeling and intuition that rewards us with the feeling of joy and satisfaction.  We can say that our soul is the true inner motivator. If we work 100 % motivated by the soul, we feel that we are in the right place in life and can carry out our mission in life. We often hear that when you're in the right place things flowing effortlessly and resistance-free. This is true for some people, but it does`nt  need to be the case for everyone.  If you follow your inner motivator, you will be able to deal with life, and to meet almost any amount of resistance.

Insufficient time to have time?!

Some psychologists say that 90% of everything we do is our habits.
Emotions, food, exercise habits, sleep and generally how we handle our weekdays. It's just part of our habits. So what habits do we have ? Are our habits good or bad?
It is our habits that give us our results in life.
We all, more or less, have a conscious goal that our life should be "good"  in several different ways.
Are our habits set to the goals we have in life? About being able to live life as "happy" people?  Our feelings are very important. And what can we do to affect our emotions?
Maybe we should be better at doing things that excited us. One thing that is repeated time and time again is that the greatest joy we can have, it is to make others happy! It's really true! We can make both other people and oureselves  happy  if we can get better at doing this.

Another thing is to have the TIME. Most have insufficient time to have TIME! It's a shame. And it affects our emotions in completely the wrong direction. This is absolutely not a smart way to try to reach the goal of a "good life". There are to many people sitting, watching life pass by without noticing all the important things.

 There are a lot of the "little" things we do, that we never take the time to notice. "Small" things in  life can be Great experiences when we take notice of them. And when we understand that this is what life is really about! All these things that just pass us by.
We have to take time to reflect on what we really want in life. We must have time to sit down just to "be". The time to notice everything that is good. Our life is now! And based on what I believe, we do not get more chances than this one. So we must take care of our life. We need to take the time to think about what makes our life good!!!
