If we work 100 % motivated by the soul, we feel that we are in the right place in life and can carry out our mission in life. Insufficient time to have time?!
Some psychologists say that 90% of everything we do is our habits.
Emotions, food, exercise habits, sleep and generally how we handle our weekdays. It's just part of our habits. So what habits do we have ? Are our habits good or bad?
It is our habits that give us our results in life.
We all, more or less, have a conscious goal that our life should be "good" in several different ways.
Are our habits set to the goals we have in life? About being able to live life as "happy" people? Our feelings are very important. And what can we do to affect our emotions?
Maybe we should be better at doing things that excited us. One thing that is repeated time and time again is that the greatest joy we can have, it is to make others happy! It's really true! We can make both other people and oureselves happy if we can get better at doing this.
Another thing is to have the TIME. Most have insufficient time to have TIME! It's a shame. And it affects our emotions in completely the wrong direction. This is absolutely not a smart way to try to reach the goal of a "good life". There are to many people sitting, watching life pass by without noticing all the important things.
There are a lot of the "little" things we do, that we never take the time to notice. "Small" things in life can be Great experiences when we take notice of them. And when we understand that this is what life is really about! All these things that just pass us by.
We have to take time to reflect on what we really want in life. We must have time to sit down just to "be". The time to notice everything that is good. Our life is now! And based on what I believe, we do not get more chances than this one. So we must take care of our life. We need to take the time to think about what makes our life good!!!

We can learn mental strength!
The mental
strength can be trained regardless the individual's mental settings.
To do this, we have to face our own fears and face the risk and danger through the various actions and experiences. This we have to continue doing, and it will eventually and gradually lead to a reduction of fear, while belief in self-efficacy,
courage, confidence and coping ability grows.
We can set up a list of things that are perceived as intimidating and threatening, and then start at a low level and work our way up. Initially, the fear is there, and maybe even get worse before it will eventually begin to let go. After a while we can find peace of mind in that situation or activity we are currently doing. And then we can advance to the next level, which will then represent the same fear and uncertainty again.

Do you take your body for granted?
There`s a thousand excuses not to do any exercises, and a thousand excuses not to eat healthy food. So it’s also plenty of reasons why we are in such a bad shape. Some people just can`t do any exercises, but most people can.
Our body is the world’s most perfect instrument. Our body is really amazing if you think about it! It`s nothing in the whole world which is more perfect than our body! So why can’t we take better care of it?
Why is there so much health issues in the world? Why are`nt there more people who do exercises regularly and eat healthy? Is it just ignorance? Is it because they don`t know enough about how important good health really is?
Don’t they know how many opportunities that opens up when they achieve a good health? We are not just getting stronger physically but the strength we get mentally is enormous. Are we not aware of the potential we have inside ourselves? The potential we have within us is greater than most people can imagine!
Use 3-4 of the weeks 168 hours and do something great for your body. Do some good exercises. And eat what your body needs. Not what your mind wants. Do your own healthtransformation!

You are valuable!
A well-known
speaker started one of his seminars holding up a 20 dollar note.
With 200
listeners in the audience he asked: Who wants this note?
Several people raised their hands, and he continued: I
will give this
note to a
person, but
first I want to
do something with it. He crumpled the paper into a ball.
Then he
asked: Is there still someone who wants it? Several people raised their hands again.
Then he took the note, dropped it on the floor
and trampled it into the dirty floor. The note was now both wrinkled and dirty. "Are there still someone who wants it" he asked, and more hands in the audience went up.
My good friends, said the speaker. Today you have learned a valuable lesson.
No matter
what I do with this bill, there are
someone who wants it.
That's because you know that the value of it is unchanged even if its both dirty and wrinkled.
Many times in our lives, we feel sadness, "curled up"
or "trampled in the dirt, because of decisions taken and circumstances that arise. And we feel maybe worthless.
But
whatever happens, you will never lose your value!

A TRUE STORY FROM the United States: the following trials in a court case in a southern town in the United States: the prosecuting lawyer invited his first witness, an elderly grandmother figure to the witness box. He turned to her and asked, "Mrs. Jones, do you know me?".
She replied, "Yes, how so? I know you Mr. Williams. I've known you since you were a little kid, and you have indeed been a great disappointment to me. You lie, you cheat on his wife di and manipulating people and talking about them behind their backs. You think you're so big and strong, but you don't have the brains to realize that you are never going to be anything more than a Quercus tankeløs paper.

Again, she replied: "Yes, how so? I have known Mr. Bradley since he was a little boy, too. He is lazy, intolerant and he has an alcohol problem.
He cannot maintain a normal relationship with anyone, and his lawyer, the business is one of the worst you will find throughout the State. In particular, he has been unfaithful to his wife with three different women. One of them was his wife di. Yes, I know he is. "
Defense Attorney almost died when he got to hear the response from the older woman.
The judge called both the lawyers onto the bench and said, with a very low voice: "if any of you idiots asks her if she knows me, I send you both right in the electric chair."

Strengthen the immune system by being an optimist!
When you think positively, you strengthen your immune system. Researches shows that if you manage to think positive and feel good then chances of getting sick is greatly reduced. Viruses and bacterias are not as secure in your body when you feel strong mentally. Although you may be exposed to a flu, your immune system will fight so much stronger and you will get well more quickly. It is proven that the body forms antibodies against many more diseases when we are happy and optimistic than it does when we are sad and negative. Every reason to be optimistic about yourself and what is happening around you.
Our body is an amazing instrument that we must love and respect!
