I`m a girl from Norway who is trying to make this blog in english. I am learning a great deal of the english language in doing this so I hope that most of you can understand what I`m writing :) That it isn`t toooo bad!!
I am very interested in how people are thinking and responding to things in life, and I also dedicate my life to health and fitness so the blog will contain a lot of this. And of course. . everything that is fun, is also GREAT entertainment!

Do you take your body for granted?

There`s a thousand excuses not to do any exercises, and a thousand excuses not to eat healthy food. So it’s also plenty of reasons why we are in such a bad shape. Some people just can`t do any exercises, but most people can.
Our body is the world’s most perfect instrument. Our body is really amazing if you think about it! It`s nothing in the whole world which is more perfect than our body! So why can’t we take better care of it?
Why is there so much health issues in the world? Why are`nt there more people who do exercises regularly and eat healthy? Is it just ignorance? Is it because they don`t know enough about how important good health really is?
Don’t they know how many opportunities that opens up when they achieve a good health? We are not just getting stronger physically but the strength we get mentally is enormous. Are we not aware of the potential we have inside ourselves? The potential we have within us is greater than most people can imagine!
Use 3-4 of the weeks 168 hours and do something great for your body. Do some good exercises. And eat what your body needs. Not what your mind wants. Do your own healthtransformation!

You can achieve great success in life if you have a strong physique and an even stronger mind. With a strong mind you can more easily tear down the barriers in life.
The possibilities are waiting for you! Do something about it! Make yourself and those you love a big favor just by being the best version of yourself. Because you CAN DO IT!!
You can treat your body the way it deserves to be treated. It can make a HUGE different in your life!! A strong body and a good health really makes your life better!

Dont let bad health hold you back in life. Take control of your life and get in your best shape ever. Its you who are the author of your own life. Make the best of it!
