Velcome to my blog everyone!
I`m a girl from Norway who is trying to make this blog in english. I am learning a great deal of the english language in doing this so I hope that most of you can understand what I`m writing :) That it isn`t toooo bad!!

Strengthen the immune system by being an optimist!


When you think positively,  you strengthen your immune system. Researches  shows that if you manage to think positive and feel good then chances of getting sick is greatly reduced. Viruses and bacterias are not as secure in your body when you feel strong mentally. Although you may be exposed to a flu, your immune system will fight so much stronger and you  will get well more quickly. It is proven that the body forms antibodies against many more diseases when we are happy and optimistic than it does when we are sad and negative. Every reason to be optimistic about yourself and what is happening around you.

Our body is an amazing instrument that we must love and respect!
